Sony Ericsson has unveiled its new Aino touchscreen phone with alphanumeric keypad. Aino can be connected with Sony’s Playstation 3 gaming and media console.
Aino features a 3 inch TFT touchscreen (240 x 432 pixels), 8.1 megapixel camera with autofocus and photo flash, 55MB of internal memory and a microSD card slot ( 8GB SanDisk is included). The Aino also sports Bluetooth (A2DP), GPS, Wi-Fi and FM radios on board.
The Sony Ericsson Aino offers the ability to watch TV in several European countries. Aino is also SE’s first handset with two new Sony Ericsson services, Remote Play, which allows you control and access media content on PlayStation 3, and Media Go, which lets you transfer, play and organize all your music, photos, videos and podcasts from your PC simply and effortlessly to enjoy directly on Aino via Wi-Fi.

Verizon has launched the Samsung Trance U490 today. The Verizon branded Samsung Trance is an enhanced music phone with technology from high-end Danish audio designer Bang & Olufsen.
The Samsung Trance features 2.1-inch display with 176 x 220 resolution, 1.3 megapixel camera, AGPS, Bang & Olufsen ICEpower audio technology, Bluetooth, and microSD expansion up to 16GB.
Verizon customers can use VCAST Music with Rhapsody to choose and download from over five million songs or sync tracks.
Verizon is offering the Samsung Trance U490 for just $50 after a $50 mail-in rebate with a 2-year contract or $120 after a $50 mail-in-rebate and a 1 year contract or $220 without a contract, and the Trance is available in Electric Red or Piano Black and it’s supposed to be available in Verizon stores starting from tomorrow. LG has announced officially the Viewty II GC900 phone, which also known as LG Viewty Smart GC900, the handset mostly resembles the LG Secret, only without the slide-out numeric keypad.
The LG Viewty Smart equiped with a 3-inch WVGA touchscreen which uses LG’s new 3D S-Class GUI as seen on the LG Arena KM900, and a 8 megapixel camera with autofocus, Xenon flash, image stabilizer face-tracking. The LG GC900 also has HSDPA support for high-speed 3G connectivity.
LG Viewty Smart will be the slimmest 8-MP cameraphone in the world at 12.4mm and records videos at 720×480 px resolution and geotag photos using the integrated A-GPS receiver.
LG Viewty Smart is headed for Orange mobile network. but we didn’t hear so far anything official from either LG or Orange in the UK.

Samsung has announced the launch of Samsung B5702, their latest dual-standby cell phone, which allows users to use two SIM cards in one device simultaneously.
Samsung B5702 Duos features a 2.4-inch TFT QVGA display and provides two external LED lights that indicate which SIM card is in use. And a side key that’s used for choosing which SIM card to use for calls without rebooting the handset.

The Nutec WristFone by Neutrano was launched at the CTIA trade show in Las Vegas. The Nutec WristFone combines the basic magic of a watch with that of a cell phone for very handy phone.
“Consumer focus groups told us the main barrier to purchasing a phone watch was the awkwardness of listening and talking to a phone on your wrist,” said Gary Rotman, president of Neutrano. “So we developed the first ever detachable cell phone watch in the world.”
The Nutec Wristfone supports Bluetooth and USB inputs. It plays audio and video in a variety of formats including MP3, WAV, 3GP, and MPG and has a 1.3 MP digital camera that produces JPG and GIF files. It also has a voice recorder and FM radio if you get bored of your digital songs. 1 GB memory is included (you can upgrade to 2 GB), and 512MB internal memory.
With the limited battery capacity will give you a 3 days standby time, and up to 4 hours of talk time.
WristFone will be available in stainless steel and leather versions. Both are scheduled to ship on June 15th and the company will sell the watch phone at 399 USD.

Kyocera kicks off the Laylo M1400 vertical slider at CTIA Wireless 2009 trade show in Las Vegas.
The Kyocera Laylo M1400 features style with a compact design that opens to a large, bright 2.2-inch contoured QVGA display for edge-to-edge screen viewing. the Laylo features a slide-out self portrait vanity mirror on the back. A large keypad with tactile and visual separation makes for faster, easier typing. The very affordable phone also features a VGA camera with digital zoom for quick snaps. Kyocera have unveiled new CDMA handsets at CTIA wireless in Las Vigas, the G2GO M2000 messaging phone is a slider device, though the G2GO (apparently mains: Good to Go) opens horizontally to reveal a full-QWERTY keyboard.
The Kyocera G2GO M2000 has Bluetooth and supports various messaging formats, including SMS, MMS, IM and IMAP/POP3.
